A Micro Screw Contains Great Production Process

Although micro screw is small, it contains great production process. And its production process is not simple.

Micro screw production process (a) - annealing.

1.Purpose: heat the wire to a proper temperature, keep a certain time, cooling slowly again, to adjust the crystal structure, lower hardness, improved the normal temperature workability of wire.

2.Operation procedure: input material, rise temperature, keep warm, reduce temperature.

3.quality control: hardness: If material is 1018, 1022 wire, its hardness after annealing is HV120-170. If material is carbon wire, its hardness after annealing is HV120-180. Appearance: the surface can not have the phenomenon of oxide film and decarbonization.

Micro screw production process (b) - pickling

1.Purpose: to remove the oxide film on the surface of the wire, and to form a layer of phosphorus-acid salt film on the metal surface, in order to reduce the scratch of mold in the process of machining.

2.Operation procedure: acid pickling, rinsing, membrana dermalis treatment, rinsing, lubricant.

Micro screw production process (c) - draw thread.

1.Purpose: cold draw the wire rod to the required wire diameter.

2.Operation procedure: after pickling, the wire rod cold draw to the required wire diameter.
