There are three reasons causing the iron plating layer of laptop screw fall-off. One is the adhesion of base metal and plating layer is poor, which causes the plating layer fall off. It commonly adopt the wipe  degreasing method. It should do run water inspection after degreasing.

Two is process conditions change in the process of electroplating leads to the poor adhesion between the plating layer, and then fall off. In the process of laptop screw iron plating, especially thick coating, If the ferric iron plating solution is high, parts surface will adsorb the rubber matrix on the upper layer of ferric iron when the electricity was turned off. Because of the inclusion of gel film, it lead to the poor adhesion of two layers of coating and fall off.

The last reason of the iron plating layer of laptop screw fall-off is the working conditions change caused by external reasons in the work. The brittleness of iron plating layer has a direct relationship with the temperature.
