The country precision micro screw industry is fast developing, however, there are wide gaps in the advanced level of the world, and there’re still problems with it.

Second, only the few have R&D capabilities in the whole industry catenary, most of enterprises have no intention to make R&D. Precision micro screw, just as machine screw, is the accrued of production technology and processes. If there’re little definite R&D then the production will stuck at a low level, phase out by the era spring tide gradually.
These matters have broken on China precision micro screw industry’s development. Our industry wants to be with international standards, it must to figure out the root causes, constantly strive toward update production facility, pay attention to technical innovation and development, to improve the quality of products. Only by solving this core problem can guide China industry to move forward.
